We've been through this before. We had a similar experience about 5 or 6 years ago with the current pay band system. The company gave us large pay raises with very little improvement in work rules. We voted yes to the improvements and then the company changed all our schedules, reduced the number of reserves, reduced the hours in each line, and most of us made tens of thousands of dollars less the following year. There is absolutely nothing in this TA that prevents them from manipulating the schedules to reduce costs.
Not disagreeing with you at all. But, what makes you think they won't implement any money saving techniques if this gets voted in or not? At least we get better rates, retirement, and benefits.
