How does the group at Allegiant feel about going to PBS?
My opinion, that's going to be a sticking point at Frontier.
May not be a fair comparison as ALG already uses some magic black box bid system for bidding with little to no transparency so going even to PBS will provide the pilots with some sort of visibility on how their schedules are built.
It would be like if Frontier just randomly assigned you trips now, and then asked to go to PBS, you'd say yes, give me some!
