Wow, are you voting yes? I think the rest of us now understand your level of; well never mind.
*sigh* Those agreements were not between AAPAG or individual pilots. They were part of our negotiations with the company while being represented by the IBT. They were implemented by LOA so we could have ASAP protections, FOQA protections, etc. At that time GB signed them and they are LOA'S to our current TA.

Maybe you need to do some homework and re-read it...
