Once you are in the door all they care about is getting the next ones in. They don't care if they cut you off from any movement. They don't care if new hires make more than an 8 year FO(of course you get the big sand pound the 2nd year).
Please guys - don't be blind to this company. They will screw you the first chance they can.
I would follow this advice. This guy is spot on with the current situation at Envoy.
And the flow isn't going back up to 20-30 per month after August. Per the newsblast, it says not to expect 30 flows per month for the rest of the year. And zero in December.
Knowing how AAG operates, I would expect that "don't expect 30 flows for the rest of the year" to be maybe 12-14 per month.
127 flows YTD. It will be tough to hit 200 total this year.
