Was it a pilot pushing this on you, or someone from HR?

I do highly recommend the Delta Pilot Mutual Aid membership. I've been in it since a new hire and had to use it twice for disabilities in the past 6 years (it sucks getting old!).

It's not much out of your paycheck and it'll be a great help if you have to use it years from now.

There is a reason why they don't hit up senior guys. We wouldn't tolerate it. Give to charity. Be generous. But, Delta Cares? BS.

It's that charity Grinstein started by donating his pay when he was CEO back in BK. they set up a donation drive every once in a while in the lounges, but don't hype it up too much. The ATL CPO was raffling off a rollaboard last time they did it.
