Oh yeah....it's coming out of the deep stall. Things are so great here for current FOs. I mean I get to watch my senior guys get zero shot at the 175 as it is wh ored out to new hires. More importantly, zero movement on the 145 side for FOs unless you are one of the lucky 55 guys moving to CA, but really doesn't do much for the other FOs when no one is coming under you. Meanwhile new hires usurp all the seniority away from poor 7-8 year FOs by creating a little mini world on the 175 that someone with seniority SHOULD have access to. Potential new hires should take heed of this example - they don't care.
Once you are in the door all they care about is getting the next ones in. They don't care if they cut you off from any movement. They don't care if new hires make more than an 8 year FO(of course you get the big sand pound the 2nd year).
Please guys - don't be blind to this company. They will screw you the first chance they can.
Who cares about the 175, and clearly the math is there that somehow guys will have to come to the 145 at some point. After these last 5 years you and I both should be experts in patience.
Also if you want the 175 so bad wait to upgrade into it. Simple math shows the upgrades will have to continue.
Also what's the status of parker or Kirby I forget who saying in a town hall that more 145 airplanes late 2016 will return back to Envoy .
