Since we don't have a counter from the company we can pull that offer and say it was just changed by market conditions. Everything we could have asked for outside of DAL has gone right for us in terms of getting a better contract.
Of course we must pull the last offer. Happens all the time in walstreet. So they are used to it I am sure. Ever traded/invested in stocks? Just because Delta stock was trading at $10 few yrs ago does not mean I can buy it for $10 now. Marker conditions changed and the price just went up.
Management often threatens... just like RA threatened us last time: take this offer or the next offer is going to be worse. And SD said the same thing. Accept it or else! Guess what? Now you can sip your own damn medicine. Works both ways.
