Biggest must pay more? And you are saying this when we have a premium wide-body fleet of 25? (Which is further shrinking). For a United or American pilot with 100+ premium paying jets- that could be a good argument.
So we need to stick to the old way of doing things- because it always has? Times change- we need to change. And bigger needs to pay higher because of productivity? I guess UPS and United must be doing it all wrong then.
Listen... if we had a 100 strong premium widebody fleet... I will be with you all the way. But we don't. We have a measly 25.
