Management has been promising more planes to new hires for years and years. Which is funny, because during the past couple years we have actually been downsizing and returning planes to the lessor and selling them to shrink. We shrunk the fleet by almost half during the last few years. Now they are back to telling new hires that there is a huge expansion program coming and that's what the hiring is for?
"some attrition"??? We are loosing guys as fast as they can leave! The hiring is to replace all the pilots that left because the company has such unacceptable working conditions and such low compensation!

The lies never end at this place... when will they learn that until they treat us like human beings and with a little respect, they will never retain people!!

To those looking at interviewing here... do your homework! Hiring is not for growth.......
