According to Wiki as of 2 weeks ago, the CRJ's will be gone sometime after 2017, the 40 E-140's will be parked Q3 this year and another 18 E-145's transferred out. That's 93 aircraft to eventually phased out over the next couple of years or so, if true.

Perhaps they have a plan to deal with feeble recruitment and moderate attrition after all ?
