Allegiant....Ultra Ultra LCC has a TA with SUBSTANTIAL pay increases.....why?....because even their penny pinching management understands they can't afford to lose pilots...you gotta attract and KEEP pilots
UPS....TA has better Pay Rates by a good margin than their main competitor, FEDEX...and they are getting better rest facilities on the ground...and in their jets...and they are getting value added to their Pension!!!! That last part is insane and unheard of these days. I admit, I may be wrong, but can anyone tell me what large employee group has gotten value added to their pensions in the last 10 years....government/state employees don't count....that's a whole other discussion
Another note on UPS..yes I know they were in negotiations for roughly 5 years...but they got this contract despite, what many would say, having the worst management/pilot relationship in the insdustry
