Cal Airways is pretty solid. All of their fleet has dry rates, which kinda sucks for some. It isn't a bad place at all, really nice. Depending where you are from there are many Bay Area schools that could help you out. I do know that they are all slammed with students, and it could be done but maybe a little longer then 90 days (which is good). Ahart Aviation isn't too bad, if you get an instructor that isn't too busy, which they are going to be hiring several in the next month, then you may be able to crank it out.
As for ATP, I can't say anything about the 90 program, except 90 days and pretty quick. And, they kinda screwed me with my cfi program I was going to do there.
