This is the reason I think we will have a TA sooner rather than later. I think the company would like to have an agreement before SW can raise the bar even more.

The BIG question is will our NC team insist and demand that we get an "industry leading" agreement out of management. We have already been told that management needs have been "addressed". What does this mean? Concessions?? Even if we lead in pay rates but give up work rules in the area of sick leave/LCA trip pulls/PS/vacation it will be a failure IMO... I hope my concerns are unfounded...
