The BIG question is will our NC team insist and demand that we get an "industry leading" agreement out of management. We have already been told that management needs have been "addressed". What does this mean? Concessions?? Even if we lead in pay rates but give up work rules in the area of sick leave/LCA trip pulls/PS/vacation it will be a failure IMO... No word games. Every pilot at Delta is smart enough to know what industry leading is.
