Doesn't the training department have a 7 year max, then you gotta move on to something else somewhere? Same with CPO? Or am I wrong? Because he was Director of Flight Ops when I was hired 8.5 years ago. Is there no longevity clause for that position? Not a hit or anything, just wondering.
No, it does not apply to them, but of course they were the ones saying it. When they do move on, they just rearrange the chairs....
