This is not about feelings or telling someone they did or didn't do a good job. I am VERY appreciative of all the work that went into this from both the exco and NC and have told them as much. That does not change the fact that language is grey at best in some areas and needs to be clear cut. We all know how AAY mgmt will interpet any grey area into their favor. Let's not put our feelings and sensitivities into a piece of paper. Put thought, reason and logic into it and realize that if we don't fix it now, we have 5 years of them taking full advantage of every single grey area. Anyone who has had management like ours and a poorly worded contract will ask for the same. I stand with my fellow pilots no matter how this turns out, but don't jump at a contract based on language that can bite us all in the ass down the road.
