JB better stay away from the poker tables. This bluff can be read from a mile away! Allegiant can't attract new pilots with the dismal rates they pay now. There's no way Allegiant can afford to go another month without a contract. Thats why such a sudden turn in negotiations. MG never had a change of heart and decided to throw us a bunch of money because he appreciates hard work and loves our families. He has been forced to because nobody wants to work for his travel company.

Thanks exco and NC for everything you've done. Don't take it personally when we vote this down for weak work rules. Most of us don't work at Allegiant for the $$. It's the quality of life that has kept us here. The quality of life we had before PBS, single days off, TDY...... These recently created practices were implemented to save money and with no regard for how we were affected. Now they're being agreed upon.
