Yes, you have 90 minutes to report back to the airport. Again, with 117 and reassignment rules, there is really nothing they can do to you.
Your trip has to start and finish in your domicile. There are rules (don't have the TA with me) that details what happens if you're out of domicile and how they get you back.
This really isn't the sh*t sandwich some would have people believe.
