UPS to retire in the next 15 years is a little over 1,700.

Interesting to hear from Sr captains that were thinking about leaving early, their new decision based on the TA medical retirement section.
Also something to note....UPS retired 45 guys last year (2015) and were only due to retire 28 (age 65.) Almost double the mandatory. This was same in 2014. Hopefully this is a trend that will continue.
