Depends on your situation. Are you FO or CA? If you are Mesa CA it will take you few years to make your money back. Defiantly don't count on 2 year upgrades. That's the only leverage management has when it comes to attracting pilots. It's basic math, we have 1000 pilots right now upgrades are going around 640ish. We would need at least 1600-1700 pilots.
