We (SWA) are not even close to another TA. Sept. 1 with be 4 years since the amenable date and we are as far apart as ever. In our last meeting with management they told us they completely disagree with our expectations of the career value of a pilot at SWA. Our CEO says "thousands of pilots are lined up at the door to work here" so pay must not be an issue. IMO only the mediator can move us forward. We've been hoping you guys will lift us up, not vice versa!
