For example to properly update your "flight time" requires entries and modifications on (IIRC) at least 3-4 different and separate pages of the app and 4-5 different and separate blocks on those pages, including your new total time, new time in type, multi, SIC/PIC/etc, number of approaches in 6 and 12 months and date of last flight. Miss one and its not a full update, etc. Since lots of pilots hired are CFI's and this isn't a common query (that I'm aware of) then you possibly may have missed something very small and maybe semi hidden within your app.
Good luck and let us know what you find out.
Thanks all for the tips. I sent a message to the DAL Pilot Recruiting Facebook page and got a very quick response. Hopefully I'll hear something back after they looked into it. They said they couldn't think what it would be off the top of their head. Another person suggested I add where I got all my ratings in the Education section as 'Professional Development', which I just did.
We'll see what happens. Either way, messaging the DAL Pilot Recruiting Facebook page was extremely responsive so far, if anyone else has similar questions.
