In my opinion I dont think recurrent is the best place to corner a member of management with loaded questions like "why wont you pay us like our peers," he is trained to pivot and move from questions like that. He probably even enjoys it. I wish we would all just sit in silence and dont ask any questions. 24 people sitting silent in a recurrent classroom with green lanyards would speak a clear message. It tells him "I dont care what your say, dont trust it, and want to make you stand up there while nobody seeks to hear your thoughts.

Best thing is he stops going to recurrent and when asked why he will say "Every time I ask if there are questions, nobody asks anything, they just sit there silent"

But it will never happen...we can't even get guys wearing the damn green lanyard on the flight line, 1 simple sign to say "I support my NC."
