I talked to one of the managers at the company. It seems they're shying away from turbo guys because of some weak performances in the past year. That's not to say that you won't get in. A great attitude can help a lot. I had just brought up the question to him. But he indicated that they weren't closed to the idea of hiring turbo guys. Just keep trying.
