Pretty much have to relearn a whole new set of regs, airspace, etc.... take a written and checkride. Also, the aircraft type has not been officially announced other than 2 pics of a CJ(4?) and Lear 75. Bombardier-Learjet had their Lear 75 demo aircraft at our Hawthorne hangar a few weeks back. The launch in Fall is aggressive and I hope it works out.

They have in the past. Be on your A-game with respect to IFR ops and regs. Current CFI would help. Crew experience, previous 135/121 and/or glass cockpit is a plus.
