I didn't think the UPT busts counted either, but they are listed in my Air Force records. That could be a very uncomfortable situation in the HR portion. The Delta Air Lines addendum is pretty specific:
Have you ever failed ANY checkrides (military or civilian) including phase checks, proficiency checks, FAA check rides, or line checks?
I was hired at the beginning of the wave 3.5 years ago with 1 SUPT bust and a Q3 in a 20 year career. Add to this my service academy 2.6 and 3 speeding tickets which is why I think that this Monday AM quarterbacking stuff isn't accurate.
