I think they should be paid $190/hour just like NWA DC9 captains of yesteryear.. then RAH can go bankrupt.. alienate all its employees.. pass out manuals on how to save money by eating out of the garbage.. start a subsidiary airline with the next generation E jets.. and pay those employees what Compass pilots are being paid..
