I learned quickly my scheduled day is not my day as long as I have FAR 117 time left. There is nothing I'll be able to say to convince anyone that is looking at "making $200k" that this is more about money. There is a reason the union led with that in all the roadshows and the over view that was sent out prior to the actual TA. I'm actively seeking other employment, giving up the "home every night" because there is so much more to QOL. Also, of maintenance doesn't change quickly I hate to be trying to get on the bottom of some other list when the music stops here.
Couldn't have said it better myself!
