I see improvements in all areas with this TA. I still average 100 hours TAFB (Time Away From Base)/month. My pay rates jump to $216-$232/hr over 5 years and we retain the 130% Premium Pay (Hours over 81). That alone pays $280 -$301/hr.
Not to mention the following Big Gains:

Health Care
Training Pay
First IBT Contract vs. At Will Employees
The list goes on....
I do respect the decision others are making to vote NO on this TA, as each pilot applies the complete package to their own lives.
I see big improvements and a no vote is a gamble that I'm not willing to take.
