I see improvements in all areas with this TA. I still average 100 hours TAFB (Time Away From Base)/month. My pay rates jump to $216-$232/hr over 5 years and we retain the 130% Premium Pay (Hours over 81). That alone pays $280 -$301/hr.

I do respect the decision others are making to vote NO on this TA, as each pilot applies the complete package to their own lives.
I see big improvements and a no vote is a gamble that I'm not willing to take.

But dude we didn’t get United work rules and Delta plus ones’ future pay rates, whenever that is. INXS you nailed it and spot on.
