I disagree about sticking it out at a regional. I'm a regional FO coming over to Allegiant soon and I'm looking forward to not being paid like a regional FO. If they supposedly count RJ SIC and MD80 SIC the same, why not make more money in the meantime, pick up another type, and escape the $h!t show that is the regional airline industry?Originally Posted by Clearedforils
