Seems like most anyone with less than 5yrs longevity has one foot out the door. How many get that second foot to follow is the real question.
I too agree that attrition will never be a real concern for management. They'll just start hiring 1500hr cfis. Now the question is are they capable of training for attrition and growth at the same time. I think that is the largest kink point. The pilots with 1500hrs are endless and experience is clearly not their concern.
