I too agree that attrition will never be a real concern for management. They'll just start hiring 1500hr cfis. Now the question is are they capable of training for attrition and growth at the same time. I think that is the largest kink point. The pilots with 1500hrs are endless and experience is clearly not their concern.
Which is exactly while we are going to merge. I heard a rumor that we have some people from company meeting with some F9 people next week.
