And while we are on this subject, don't forget what the company had in their Section 3 pay proposal; to remove THEIR compensation (not just their bonuses, but ALL of their compensation) from the PTIX calculations prior to figuring our Profit Sharing!

That one -ask- alone is enough to just about wipe out ALL our profit sharing! I hope that is a "DOA" proposal. I don't know why they even wasted the ink to put that in there, there is NO WAY that will fly.

Maybe it's just a throw away item, for negotiations, so they can tell the mediator, "Look, we backed off of this... so ALPA has to back off of that (higher pay rates)."

All I know for sure is, the company wants to get as much of our profit sharing back to give to themselves, as possible, to enrich themselves, to impress Wall Street, and most of all, to keep the Non-Con's from coming unglued when they find out how much PS WE are getting, and they are NOT getting.
