I just want to be sure I understand these claims correctly. You are assuming that somewhere in the DPA it spells out what everyone else gets? Then additionally you are saying that the company is over funding the non cons portion of the pool due to incompetence or as a nefarious act aganist the pilots? On top of the fact that all the non con documentation that went out clearly indicated that thier plan pool was 10% up to the previous years profit, then 20%?
