Fixed it for ya. HR (a bunch of people with degrees hiring someone to make more than they do) is hiring someone to work for their company for 20+ years and spend half that time in middle management (Captain). Half their candidates are also competing against Military Officers with Masters Degrees. Meet the BASIC level of education or get left behind.
