The 2Q PTIX is greater this year than in 2015 yet the amount set aside for profit sharing is about $70 million less. Come 2/14/17 everyone will see just how much of that 14% base pay increase is really a raise and how most of it is just a shift in compensation.
I thought the non cons % went way down? So the total number is sort of irrelevant for the pilots when comparing the PS pool yr over yr?
