That's exactly why, too senior, too lazy with awesome schedule. ASA isn't a bad company, contract is pretty great if your senior. Probably one of the best ones out there. I definitely don't want to commute for another regional, and regionals are way to risky now. Too much unknown and flying being shifted around. Today its a DEC spot or 1 year upgrade, tomorrow it's displaced to FO or 3 year upgrade. Regionals are just 1 announcement away from 'Yay!' or 'Sh!t' depending on what their mainline partners decide to do. But I am moving on to greener pastures
