Go get your degree knocked out. Why? Here's some advice from somebody whom allegedly possesses a twelfth grade education.
The secret is, you can actually get hired without it. But the effort and time you spend acquiring additional life experiences and skills will eat up a lot more time than getting the degree. If seniority is everything, then you should be in school.
Now, if the journey is what interests you, then have at at. But unless you're already heavily involved with endeavors like self-improvement, side businesses and additional duties at work, you probably aren't that type of person and most likely lack the curiosity and passion to get you noticed and hired at a major without a degree.
