Astar doesnt hire "PFE's", but they might as well... it will take 10 years to get to the right seat.
It used to be that hiring was done primarily by internal recommendation... I dont think any of us would do this to a friend.
YIKES! A friend just recommended me. Hmmm---and he's a 6yr SO. Actually, he DID give the requisite disclaimer: "see what happens with...contract...DHL plans...ABX...expansion...etc...while the rez works through the system." There seems to be a sense of pending answers to these many questions---is the mood even remotely optimistic?
Of course, mood doesn't bear on reality... so any cautiously optimistic hopes dashed by bad news on these fronts would definitely impact any decision to show up for training. Is that wrong?
