The company made a move toward our position with a total package well above UAL. We moved further away. If there is a delay, that hurts the company just as much. They have wants and ultimately need a deal as well. When more and more new hires leave for better training pay, overall pay, and equipment that'll maybe open the company's eyes.
Flt Ops has stated they want 540 new hires between July and October...they won't get within 10% of that number.
170 M88/90 FOs in NYC.....yeah..they'll get real close to fill in that up.
