The gotcha is it eliminates the DH...less crews required. Virtual base opens then closes. No equipment bid required. Great for the guy who lives in the virtual base until it goes away.

The language would have to air tight and we dont seem to be very good at creating air tight contractual language.

The virtual flying comes out of other bases adding to the flux in monthly bid packets. Reduced opportunity for in base adjustments. The fling has to come out of some base. That makes it punitive to the original base.
