I am a 135 On-Demand cargo guy. Tired of the schedule so I went to my first (and hopefully last) job fair last Friday in DFW. Met with a CP, who also flew 135, which I think helped - maybe not. Really nice guy, the meet and greet went awesome. Got an email from HR the following Monday, phone interview Tuesday, and headed to FLL for the 7/29 interview. Beyond ecstatic that it was that "easy."

4300 TT, 1100 TPIC, 2300 ME, 3600 PIC. No internals and I submitted the "long" app, although it feels like it's been since before June since I did it. They ask about failures, I've had 3 (2 CFI and 1 CFII.) They shrugged those off, the HR woman said "who HASN'T failed a CFI ride?" Very down-to-earth, great people that I've spoken with so far.
