Since this is the Spirit hiring thread, all perspective team members should know that based on the current aircraft orders, there is no upgrade forecast for you. You need to know that, in spite of what managment tells you. There is no 2 1/2 to 3 year upgrades. It's hard to predict when you will upgrade. Perhaps in a year or so there might be more orders, but no projected growth past the current orders which end in 5 years. If the past is any indication, we will still be in contract negotiations then. Enjoy the weekend!
