When I interviewed, we were told during the company presentation that we were all here because we have the job. They just wanted to make sure that we are the candidate in person that attracted their attention in the first place.
Remember that not everyone who is offered the job says yes. People are also interviewing the company to see if Spirit is right for them, so others may be going elsewhere. That was the case with some in my interview class who had multiple offers.
Despite all the negativity on here, Spirit is a great place to work and yes, there is much room for improvement but we will get there (Hopefully sooner than later).
