As Aldi said, they tell you its yours, and I believe that to be true. I dont think it to be true to that extent and places like Delta and AA.
Meh, perhaps in the past. However with current hiring requirements, I'd be more inclined to believe if they like your resume, they called you in, you can pass their written tests, it's your job to lose. Much like here.
Of course both of us are speculating. What percentage that are interviewing are being hired? I'm personally not following it too much. Got a little mad in Jan, but just riding it out now.
