But I personally enjoy the experience when flying Delta as a customer that I don't get flying other airlines. It is the people that make the Delta experience and hopefully management will realize that before it's too late. Management at Delta is just doing the same thing every other corporation and our government is doing. Screwing the people that do the work and rewarding the top .25% with so much money that their great-great grandchildren will never have to work.

It's hard to hear what management is doing because you are supposed to "pay your dues" in regional hell and be rewarded with a nice career after. I guess our only hope is that people are able to see that they need to watch out for themselves and not count on the company "taking care" of them down the road. Hopefully in 30 years I can look back and say that I made the right choice in choosing Delta over everyone else.
Fifty years later, I can say, without contradiction, going to Delta was a mistake. It was a crap shoot, lots came out worse.
