What has been agreed to thus far is so far removed from where we should be it's mind boggling.
I had hope and was willing to give ALPA one last try under new management, but if concessions are even considered by the MEC in this environment, we will need a change.
Whether its DPA or teamsters or some other entity, change can't come fast enough if we are forced to vote on another non-restorative TA. I'm willing to wait, but I am unwilling to fail again.
