My wife just got hired at Republic. Does anyone know what hotel they use in St Louis during training? She likes to eat healthy and it looks like all they have around FlightSafety is Waffle House and Jack in the Box. She is hoping they put her up somewhere with more options! Do you get days off during training (enough to go home for 2 days occasionally?)
I think they will put her in the Holiday inn next to the airport. The van should be able to take her to the grocery store and there are mini fridges inside the rooms. If she feels like splurging there's a Mexican restaurant across the street that's pretty good. I don't remember how many days off new hires get.
