Regarding the interview, there was a 20 question timed test given on an iPad. There was also an oral that had questions about class A airspace, holding airspeeds, and metar/TAF interpretation to include remarks. Then there was the basic HR interview. Very comfortable and professional folks. No sim...no IQ test.
